Century Spire
Century Spire is the last residential tower to rise in Century City. It is a remarkable addition to the Makati skyline and solidifies Century City as one of the greatest luxury districts in the Philippines.
The "Petals"
Century Spire's architecture goes beyond a traditional tower. Rather than taper into a fine point at its peak, the building blooms like a flower, its petals opening up to the world. This blossoming form is symbolic of Century Properties’ growth through the years and its development into a company known the world over for its dynamic, industry-shaping projects.
The building's "crown" - three interlocking segments - is distinctly Libeskind in structure, its geometric shapes an interesting fusion of playful and sophisticated design. The design enhances the living experience of the top floor residents as it affords them dynamic living space and more exhilarating views of the city.
Century Spire's architecture challenges conventional skyscraper formation. By exploring fresh and visionary approaches to residential architecture, Century Properties brings a new wave of idealism to the local real estate industry.
Masterplan
Century City is a groundbreaking architectural and design landmark, a fully-masterplanned vertical village and home to the Gramercy Residences, Knightsbridge Residences, Milano Residences interior design by Versace Home, and Trump Tower. In addition to luxury high-rises, it will also feature corporate office towers, a state-of-the-art medical facility (Centuria Medical Makati), and a world-class retail complex (Century City Mall).

Daniel Libeskind is a world-renowned, award-winning architect. He has been designing major cultural, commercial and residential projects around the globe since 1989.
His works include the Jewish Museum Berlin, the Imperial War Museum North in Manchester England, the shopping center Crystals at CityCenter in Las Vegas and the The Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre in Hong Kong among many others. On February 7, 2003 Daniel Libeskind won the competition for the World Trade Center Master Plan in New York City.
Daniel Libeskind has completed and is realizing many residential projects around the world: Reflections at Keppel Bay in Singapore, the L Tower in Toronto, Zlota in Warsaw and the Vitra Tower in Sao Paulo.
Libeskind is widely known to have influenced a new breed of planners and architects interested in the future development of our cities. His commitment to expanding the scope of architecture reflects his profound interest in philosophy, art, literature and music. Fundamental to his approach is the notion that buildings are crafted with perceptible human energy and must address the cultural context in which they are built.“
