The Milano Residences, a Versace Home-interior designed condominium tower at Century City, has risen from its basements up to the 29th level this month.
Structural concreting maintains an average of 7-10 days per floor. Formworks, rebar works and concreting works are on-going at the 28th and 29th floors of the tower.
Interior works such as the laying-out of unit partitions, plastering of columns, and the installation of electrical and sanitary pipelines are underway as structural works progress.
The Milano Residences targets top-off on January 2014 and its expected completion is on December 2015.
